Our thoughts are constantly emitting electrical signals, which vibrate at a particular rate of frequency. The better the thought makes us feel, the higher the frequency of vibration. Adversely, thoughts that cause us to feel negatively emit a lower frequency of vibration. We are constantly drawing in more thoughts that are similar in frequency. Which is why, whatever we are focused on, expands. We are tuning to the frequency of other thoughts that are similar. Until we change our focus and therefore change our thoughts.
